  Todo todo MAL. Primera y ultima vez en esta locacion. La orden tarde, el servicio PESIMO. A las 3pm ya no tenian arro amarillo osea les queda medio dia de trabajo y ya no tienen algo? Mala planeacion. Lo peor: la ACTITUD Y RESPUESTA DEL MANAGER. No wonder why it w a 3.5 stars. En realidad eso es mucho para lo que vi. Todo todo mal

  I was so heart broken the Pollo Tropical by my house on West Pembroke Pines closed down. I now have to drive down to Miramar. I been going there since the other place shutdown. I was happy to see the sweet lady name Esther , she was a manager at the other location and I only see her a few times at this location. My other favorite person is the lady named Orlanda or Dada. I like going when they are working because they be verifying the order was correct. They even ask if I am happy with the chicken, since I alway tell them make sure it's well done not burnt and still juicy and not dry. I always order the same thing so they already memorize my order but ask just incase? I ask the ladies I want to work there for 2 weeks to learn how to make the chicken like Pollo Tropical. I love this location and the employees Esther and Orlanda.

  They have definitely more than earned their low stars. The decline has been pretty wild. Got stuck in the drive-through after not going for about a year, when I was served raw chicken and their response was surprising. I thought I’d check it out after that disaster but sadly nothing‘s changed. After about 15 minutes in the drive-through I was saying hello hello because nobody was there to take the order but the other lane had many cars going through. When he answered me, he was very nasty and I let him know that I had been waiting and wasn’t sure if the lane was closed and his response was OK. Are you gonna order? Mind you, I was stuck in the drive-through with about 15 cars behind me in the lane. I was in and about four cars in front of me with the other lane consistently ordering and moving up. There was nowhere for me to go. Nobody really cares to be there and if you have any issues, good luck if you don’t speak Spanish

  I'm a regular customer of Pollo Tropical and it's hard for me to leave a bad review, but I moved to Miramar and the Pollo Tropical at 16951 Miramar Pkwy leaves a lot to be desired. I order online so that when I arrive it's almost ready to pick up, but here I arrive at the time it should be ready and I still have to wait 40 more minutes even with the app saying that my order was completed.
