  I’m too mad!! Paid for a big breakfast got to work and my pancakes are not there!! Call the restaurant and the number is not working!! Like what type of games yall playing!! Took my money and items were missing!!

  I visited this McDonald’s for the first time. There is a large parking lot and plenty of seating inside, which is great. There also seems to be a lot of staff working. They all look very busy, even though there were almost no customers inside the dining area. I placed a very small order, but somehow they managed to make the maximum number of mistakes with it. I ordered coffee without sugar, but they added sugar, which I don’t eat. They also didn’t include napkins or the sauces that I selected. I don’t understand why customers are asked to choose sauces if they are not going to be included in the order. Otherwise, the food is the same as in any other McDonald’s — it’s hard to do something wrong there. That’s why I’m giving three stars mainly because of the staff’s inattentiveness. People have to walk up and wait until an employee is available just to ask for their sauce, napkins, or something else.
