- JDjada denisFeb 12, 20261.0I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced during my recent visit. The three employees assisting me were very rude and unprofessional. When I ordered two subs and specified what I wanted on them, they repeatedly rolled their eyes and displayed visible frustration. Additionally, they spoke about me in Spanish in a way that felt disrespectful and inappropriate. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe the staff would benefit from additional customer service training to ensure that all customers are treated professionally. I hope this matter can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.
