  They have definitely more than earned their low stars. The decline has been pretty wild. Got stuck in the drive-through after not going for about a year, when I was served raw chicken and their response was surprising. I thought I’d check it out after that disaster but sadly nothing‘s changed. After about 15 minutes in the drive-through I was saying hello hello because nobody was there to take the order but the other lane had many cars going through. When he answered me, he was very nasty and I let him know that I had been waiting and wasn’t sure if the lane was closed and his response was OK. Are you gonna order? Mind you, I was stuck in the drive-through with about 15 cars behind me in the lane. I was in and about four cars in front of me with the other lane consistently ordering and moving up. There was nowhere for me to go. Nobody really cares to be there and if you have any issues, good luck if you don’t speak Spanish

  I'm a regular customer of Pollo Tropical and it's hard for me to leave a bad review, but I moved to Miramar and the Pollo Tropical at 16951 Miramar Pkwy leaves a lot to be desired. I order online so that when I arrive it's almost ready to pick up, but here I arrive at the time it should be ready and I still have to wait 40 more minutes even with the app saying that my order was completed.

  Maely I believe that’s how his name is spelled, but had one of the worst experiences at this Pollo location. The employee helping me was clearly having a bad day — and unfortunately, he made it everyone else’s problem. First, he told me they had dark meat available. Then a minute later he changed it and said they only had white meat. It was confusing and unprofessional. When I politely asked for clarification, he responded with attitude like I was bothering him. Customer service matters. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on paying customers. I understand everyone has rough days, but basic respect and clear communication should still be the minimum. Very disappointed. I hope management addresses the attitude issue because it really ruined the experience. Please get this guy some help and who pulls their pants up while they handle food?!

  They are always out of sauce. Idk if the drive thru girl is new or she was never trained on where the brown rice option is but every time i order and she working she repeats the order back to me with brown rice but when i receive the food and the receipts it doesn’t show the brown rice so my order is always wrong its not the first or second time its happened with the same person

  Employee named Jayden at Drive Thru was very aggressive and disrespectful . They messed up my order and gave me the wrong food item. In the end it was their fault. I called cooperate and reported this incident and the employee behavior. They should be more courteous and respectful towards their customers. In the end they have a job because we consume their food. This is the last time I will buy at this Pollo Tropical. To the franchise owner please retrain your employees on how to provide better customer service.
