    I love everything about this place the people are nice amazing customer service and the food taste great, will be my new pizza spot thanks to the manager and his staff they work very hard to make sure customers are satisfied

    A couple weeks ago I orders two pizzas for delivery after 8 o’clock (I never order delivery and now I remember why) It was supposed to be delivered by a DoorDash driver. After about an hour of waiting, I called to see why DoorDash driver never arrived and was told that the Door Dash driver had said he already delivered it but the app showed him 59mins away still. The manager at the Papa John’s apologized and said that if I came in to the store to pick it up she wouldn’t charge me and would even give me a credit of $35 which was how much the order was. So by now it was 9:30 and I rushed over there and was told to wait while they made the pizzas. I thought it was a reasonable reaction and solution by the manager. However, the next day I realized that I WAS in fact charged for the pizza AND the delivery charge as well PLUS I was not given any $35 credit like I was promised. I have to stay that after 30 years of being a loyal customer to this franchise, I will NEVER buy a pizza from Papa John’s again. I even contacted Papa John’s directly twice and was completely ignored. It’s been over two weeks and I have heard nothing back from them or the store manager.
