They prefer to talk (more like scream and howl) to each other and blab instead of taking care of customers. Wait time of over 25 minutes just for a soup. Customers just standing around dejected and waiting for their orders. Extremely dirty carpet, floors and tables. Although many Paneras are bad, this one is possibly the worst I have ever been to across the country. They truly treat the customer horribly.
