They cannot handle questions about the menu or any requests for change for preferences, without being rude or easily frustrated. I ordered a six dollar meal deal for my son who is six years old. He cannot drink coffee so I asked what can be supplemented because the mobile app does not allow any substitutions, with an attitude she’s like I can give you a sweet tea and that’s it. I said, thank you and receive the tea. When we tasted the tea, it came with absolutely no sugar. A part of me feels like that was done on purpose! How am I supposed to get my son to drink it with no sugar and I couldn’t go back to the store because we were on our way to somewhere and I didn’t want to be late. To me, that’s such a waste of money for hard-working families who are just trying to get through the day. This is like the third time it’s happened to me at this store and I won’t be coming back here again. They really lack customers service.
