  I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Dunkin. This was easily one of the worst customer service and cleanliness experiences I’ve had at any fast-food place. From the moment I walked in, the place felt chaotic and completely unorganized. The counter area had spilled coffee and crumbs everywhere, the trash cans were overflowing, and the tables clearly hadn’t been wiped down in a long time. For a place that serves food and drinks, basic cleanliness should not be optional. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no eye contact, just rushed and annoyed attitudes. When I placed my order, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. Then I waited way longer than I should have for a simple coffee and sandwich. Meanwhile, employees were talking among themselves while orders piled up. When I finally got my order, it was wrong. My coffee tasted watered down and barely had any flavor, and my sandwich was cold in the middle like it wasn’t heated properly. I asked politely to have it fixed, and instead of apologizing, I got attitude. No urgency, no care, nothing. What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t cheap anymore. Prices keep going up, but the quality and service keep going down. If customers are paying more, the least you can do is provide decent service and a clean environment. I left irritated, disappointed, and honestly questioning why I even stopped there in the first place. Management seriously needs to step in because this location is a mess. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic standards.
