I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin’ Donuts location for quite some time. My husband stops by almost every day, and I go multiple times a week. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, my family and I will no longer be returning. I went in to pick up an order for two coffees and three blueberry glazed munchkins for my toddler. When I arrived, as usual, there was no greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgment—just the same two women behind the counter with their heads down, avoiding customers entirely. As I watched them prepare my order, I noticed that instead of blueberry glazed munchkins, one of the employees was bagging jelly munchkins. I asked her if those were blueberry, and she said no, they were jelly. I explained that my daughter is allergic to strawberry jelly and that it’s unacceptable to substitute an item without asking or even informing the customer. That kind of negligence could have put my child in the hospital. This isn’t the first time this same employee has tried to do this with the munchkins, which is why I was paying extra attention this time. When I pointed it out, instead of apologizing or taking accountability, she told me she could give me a blueberry glazed donut instead—but it would cost 50 cents more. I told her I’d rather have a refund, as I was not about to pay extra for something I didn’t order when they were the ones in the wrong. What should have happened was simple: “Hi ma’am, we’re out of the blueberry glazed munchkins you ordered. Would you like to substitute them for jelly, or would you prefer a blueberry glazed donut instead? It’s a bit more, but I can adjust the price since we’re out.” That’s basic customer service. That’s how you make loyal customers feel valued. Instead, I got attitude, silence, and negligence. So not only was the service unprofessional, but it was potentially dangerous to my child. I got my refund and left, and I will not be returning. I hope management reads this and provides proper training, because no parent should have to worry that a simple Dunkin’ run could end in an allergic reaction due to carelessness.

They don't care about customers. Looks like they work for themselves only. They close a little before 7:50 PM, while they say they work till 8:00PM, I had to knock and a guy says, that they anyway don't have anything, because to be out from work at 8:00 he should start taking things away earlier at 7:45 or something. I personally don't understand why he should be out of work at 8:00? They say on the door and on Internet, that they provide service till 8:00, than have 10-15 minutes maybe more paid time to pack, put everything away, etc. I am grossly disappointed! This type of the business is a service for people, looks like owners care about their employees only!
