They never pick up the phone, the app will show it’s been delivered and it almost always hasn’t been, and most of the time, I’ll see them on the app and I can only assume they’re delivering other orders before getting to mine (probably why it takes so long.) It’ll also show they’re in my neighborhood and they’re not, say that they’re 2 minutes away but they never arrive in 2 minutes, the pizza most of the time will arrive and it’s barely been cut (if it’s been cut at all), sometimes the pizza slices that aren’t even the same size and look as if they’ve been messed with. Overall these people are genuinely lollygagging; would never recommend.

This is the third time I’ve had issues with my order, and after this experience I will not be ordering from Domino’s again. First incident: I placed an order and was told the driver came to my home even though I was there the entire time. I never received the order, and only after about 40 minutes did management finally send the pizza. Second incident: The same thing happened again. I was told the delivery was made when it wasn’t, and it took around 50 minutes before the pizza actually arrived. Third (and final) incident: I was given an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes from 8 minutes away from home. Instead, the driver showed up one hour later — and the worst part is that my tracker showed the order being placed only five minutes before the driver arrived, as if it had just been prepared and sent out late. This level of inconsistency and poor service is unacceptable. After three failed attempts to give this location another chance, I will never order from Domino’s Pizza again. I hope management seriously addresses these ongoing issues.
