  I have wanted to write a review for a while but tonight was the last straw….. Location 160th and Miramar Pky I’ve been a customer since this place first opened because my kids loved the food, but the drop in quality and standards has been dramatic. The staff has changed, and clearly training and oversight have disappeared. Tonight (2/8/26 around 7:30 PM), I witnessed food handling that was flat-out unacceptable. A young female employee pointed out that the beans looked dry. A male coworker said he just pours water in them when that happens. She then grabbed a sauce cup, filled it with water at the sink, and poured it straight into the beans — all in full view of customers. That wasn’t the worst part. While preparing my two bowls, rice spilled onto the counter. Instead of throwing it away, the employee brushed the rice back into the main rice container and continued serving it. That alone is enough to lose trust in the entire operation. The younger staff appears poorly trained, the service is careless, and basic food safety standards are being ignored. What you pay for is no longer what you get. The customer rush that once packed this place is gone, and it’s no surprise. It’s honestly shocking that the owner has allowed such a prime location to deteriorate to this level.

  Staff is new and I understand there is a learning curve but they are rude. They just don’t know anything and does not want to check with their manager and just argue. “No chicken” “Ok, how much more time for it?” “ I don’t know” Just ask someone and get the required info rather than giving these vague answers. But don’t want to do anything. Bring back old employees or improve your hiring process. These guys don’t want to work and show as if they are doing some kind of favor on us by serving.

  This is by far the dirtiest chipotle in a 15 mile radius. Today I went in and the nastiest employees were there . She literally scratched the middle of her head with gloves on and proceeded to make my bowl . I said no way . This place needs to be on dirty dining
