Taco Bell somehow managed to mess up my order and argue with me about it like it was my fault. I ordered a simple meal , a Crunchwrap Supreme combo and two tacos , and they managed to forget half of it. When I pointed out that my tacos and drink were missing, the employee rolled their eyes and told me to “just contact customer service” instead of fixing their mistake on the spot. Excuse me? You mess up my order, I drive back to the store, and you refuse to hand me the food I already paid for? That’s beyond ridiculous. The manager came over only to double down and argue, insisting that the order “looked complete” on their end. Meanwhile, my receipt literally listed the missing items in plain sight. The attitude, the lack of accountability, and the total absence of basic customer service is mind-blowing. I’ve never seen employees so unwilling to correct their own mistake, they acted like doing their job was an inconvenience and argue with me. I left without half my food, out my money, and with zero apology. Taco Bell corporate seriously needs to retrain or replace whoever’s running this location. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this place.
