My friend, Kaia, who has a severe nut allergy, experienced a life-threatening anaphylactic shock after dining at your establishment. The server failed to inform her that the dish she ordered contained nuts, despite her clearly stating her allergy. This negligence put her life at serious risk. Kaia deserves a full refund for her meal.

While friendly and eager, the service was not as professional as other hotel restaurants (see Bacan in Orlando for how to run a hotel restaurant perfectly). The food was not exciting in the choices and what was ordered lacked skill and a reason for charging so much. Under cooked collard greens and beans. Overcooked fish. Just not the major leagues, not even AAA. Just meh. Not worth patronizing as there are so many choices around.
