I was asking for a manager after other party was waiting for at least 5 min to be acknowledged , he ignored me so I took a pic of him! He should not work anywhere with his nasty attitude, I told my kids I would never walk in this place again. Just feel sorry for the owner/owners because they will loose all their customers.

- BKBeth KDec 17, 20251.0Awful costumer service. I went through drive thru first and the lady who briefly took my order completely ignored me during the middle of my order. I told her what I wanted and during the middle of the conversation, she flipped over to the next car that just pulled up and took his order completely then went back to me. This is NOT how you should take orders! I got assertive with her and she didn’t like that. I said, “you don’t ever flip flop between customers. Whoever was the first costumer, you focus on that person first THEN proceed with the next costumer.” That woman is all over the place!! Whoever is in charge, I beg you to talk to whoever is taking orders through the drive thru about how she’s been taking peoples orders because constantly flip flopping between costumers is incredibly disrespectful considering I was completely ignored while she flipped over to the other costumer.
