  This is my first experience at this Jimmy John’s. It’s also the first Jimmy John’s that I had to wait for my order. It was NOT “freakishly fast”. Also, I got a #5 and they added so much mayonnaise. I’ve never had a #5 with mayonnaise. The combination of oil and vinegar and mayonnaise not good. Maybe there was a language barrier idk but it was super annoying to bite into. Also, I’m going to start posting reviews for fun 🤷🏽‍♀️

  I placed an order through the app and ordered a combo. The delivery girl didn’t bring my drink. I asked her about it and she said, “Oh yeah, I saw there was a drink on your ticket, but there wasn’t one next to the bag for delivery”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! Then she said, “Don’t worry, they will credit you back”. Ummm no! There is nowhere on the app to request a refund for an item that was not delivered. I’ve called the store a few times, no one answers. Just ridiculous!! She could have asked about the drink!!

  I’m not understanding the one star reviews. This is by far the best sub shop in Miramar Beach! We eat lunch here almost every day. I order in the app when we leave our house and it’s almost always ready when we arrive about 10 minutes later. The staff is very welcoming and it looked like they worked really hard all summer. It gets very busy at times, because it’s obviously very popular. The sandwiches are delicious! And the staff are very friendly and even know us by name! Love Jimmy John’s!!

  Highly impressed, as always by the manager and her staff: Each time I visit this restaurant, the staff is friendly, professional and the store is always clean. They always greet customers with a smile and before you know it your order is ready, ,good job, keep it up!
