If you order something they don’t have she complains she needs to refund. Does she expect people to just take the loss. Horrible, train your staff. “ and you won’t get bad reviews.

Her lied to them just to damn a customer she never spoke to from the store. It was crazy. She clearly has an issue. It was Christmas Day of all days too. She also got rude with another customer because she did not train her staff how to make stuff properly. A number of customers have said this does not taste right. I have been sitting here for two hours and the place is horrendous ran by a person who clearly can’t manage. The coffee does taste bad. I see the red light on the coffee pot all morning. If I was not doing work. I would not have stayed. Won’t make that mistake again.

It is so stout. I usually can barely drink it. Luckily, I get cold foam so that’s sweeten in a bit, but I don’t realize until I’m far away that it is wrong. I wont be ordering here again, either another Dunkin or Starbucks it is for me. The workers are never usually friendly either
- DFDouglas FalcoDec 4, 20251.0One of the worst ones. They don’t make drinks right and will not clean. I watch them mix multiple drinks with same wand and not clean it. Don’t get tea it’s has an odd taste. They are closing early. By 4pm drive thru is shut down.
