Management is extremely rude and gives out false promises to their customers. The previous manager said to come back and they would refund me and remake my meal with “free additions on the house” and “free taco cards” since my meal was 95% wrong with missing items and a flat beverage with no ice. Nice, right? Wrong. When I came back , the manager on duty met me with attitude. She directed me to the girl (who said she was the manager previously..) who then said they actually couldn’t do that for me. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. I’ve never had “leadership” refuse such a thing. Awful customer service. You’re better off pretending this store doesn’t exist and just drive on by.
