I waited 40 minutes for a small order — a kids’ burrito with juice. I asked several times about the status, and at first I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It’s very disappointing. It used to be a great place. I genuinely enjoyed stopping by. But they lie straight to your face. I’ll say it again — there is no respect for delivery drivers. Orders are being handed out through the drive-thru while the line inside is ignored. The queue is not being followed. It’s very upsetting. And if you’re reading this, know that you were preparing this order for children — they’re about four years old. I know this family personally. You were just tossing the food into the box. Shame on you.
