I had two bites of my bowl and completely wasted it along with the old tasting mold and guac. What a waste of money. The clermont locations are not good but the winter garden ones are.

This was our second visit to this location and honestly, the drive-thru was the only reason for giving it a second chance (our first visit, we received a burrito the size of the palm of a hand). This time, we placed two orders on the app for pickup. Upon arrival, only one order was ready. The young man at the window stated he was the General Manager, Jayden Garcia; he also mentioned they were having issues with orders from the app today. He claimed only one order showed on his screen and asked for my phone. We gladly showed him the orders in the app as paid. He gave the phone back and proceeded to ask for our bank account for confirmation. We were absolutely appalled! When we declined to share our bank account, he told us to call corporate to resolve the issue, taking absolutely no accountability. Exhausted after about 10 minutes of back and forth, we left. Even worse, when we arrived home the meal we did have, consisted of dry steak, hard rice and stale chips. The convenience of a drive-thru is not worth it, if the food or customer service is simply AWFUL! We have reported this to corporate; pending response.

The steak i ordered was fatty and grizzly. Couldnt even finish it. The employee working the register said they were out change and was going to short me .65c... asked if it was a problem and ofcourse it was. So another employee who seemed over worked came over to help, and then the first employee had no idea the values of the coins i needed for my .65c change..... Im done with them for good.
