  Staff is very unprofessional and rude at this location. You guys can never get the pick up orders right. I normally have to go inside to place my order at the Minneola Hancock location to make sure the order is right, but this time because I also had a LONG day, I decided to place my order online and pick it up through the window. Received the wrong order AGAIN! Wouldn’t want to eat inside because the tables are always dirty and the ice machine never has ice. Please hire people with better communication skills and better hygienic practices for running a restaurant. Work on hiring people that don’t argue with customers when THEY screw up and then complain that they had a LONG day as an excuse for a crap attitude. Girl working at the pick up window on 4/4/26 at 10:20 pm has a bad attitude. Wouldn’t want her preparing ANYONE’S food. Despite the convenience of this location, I will NOT be back.

  1. Took my girls to order at this location and they're elementary school age. This temu ariana grande girl took our order and I was letting my kids order. Their was super simple and when they were being too quiet I repeated it for her. Well temu ariana grande caught an attitude and snapped her neck at me and said "I cannot hear them!". I laughed in her face because of how extra she was being and proceeded to finish their three ingredient kids meals. Then it was my turn to order and she literally just walked off right in the middle of our order because she wanted to go to break right then and there. Super unprofessional and nasty. She was talking to the crew like she was better than them. Everyone else was super nice. 2. The ice machine has ZERO ice. Now this is not just an inconvenience because I know people who go to this location as well because I live in the area and they said the ice machine has been down for a few days. For anyone that has worked in the restaurant industry, that is actually a health code violation because when the system is not being chilled from the ice that is supposed to be in there that's when you start getting mold and mildew in the system and the lines. Will be stopping by again cause its on the way to work for me and if the ice machine is not fixed I'm absolutely placing a call to the state health inspectors. 3. Icing on the cake? It wasn't even busy when all this went down. Do better chipotle.

  Restaurant is not very well maintained. It's dirty Restaurants enduring i to. Trash filled, stuff on floor. Food is usually good though. Staff half and half. Some seem ok being there and happy the other half not so much.

  I’m deeply saddened to say that lately this establishment has been treating delivery drivers as if they’re not even human. There is no respect for the queue. I waited 40 minutes for a small order — a kids’ burrito with juice. I asked several times about the status, and at first I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It’s very disappointing. It used to be a great place. I genuinely enjoyed stopping by. But they lie straight to your face. I’ll say it again — there is no respect for delivery drivers. Orders are being handed out through the drive-thru while the line inside is ignored. The queue is not being followed. It’s very upsetting. And if you’re reading this, know that you were preparing this order for children — they’re about four years old. I know this family personally. You were just tossing the food into the box. Shame on you.
