    i got an iced cookie butter latte and unfortunately saw what i thought was a bug but others told me it looked like a BOOGER with hair on it, in my drink. i got my refund and the workers were barely even apologetic and could not care less. absolutely disgusting. i don’t even understand how this could even happen. it was INSIDE my cup. awful experience. this store needs to do better with cleanliness. i wish i could upload pictures to show how disgusting it was.

    Donuts continue to go down hill. 7-11 has better donuts, even appear to be fresher.

    Breanna took my order through the drive through this morning. She was so polite and happy. When we got to the window she greeted us with a smile and even gave our daughter stickers & wished us a great day! Best service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin. I’ll be back just to see her!
