  Worse locating ever the food takes forever. Then the customer service is completely trash. Very rude and hate doing their job. This place use to be great but has gone down hill. They need a complete upgrade.

  Slowest Whataburger I have ever been to in all of my life. I placed an order for curbside pickup tonight, 4/23 at 8:15. Estimated pickup time was 8:22. I didn’t get my food until 8:53. Over 30 minutes of waiting is absolutely ridiculous for a “fast food” restaurant. I paid $30 for this food and I could have spent the same amount of money at a restaurant and been eating by the time i received my food from this establishment. Atleast the order was prepared correctly, that was the only reason it received 2 stars.

  The SLOWEST EVER 51 minutes to take my order and walkout!! Placed my order at 11:01 walked out with it at 11:52 fully staffed no reason this place runs like crap especially at night new management needed! Immediately . Always something with this location but nothing else is open this late.

  Have yet to order here, regardless of the number of cars or people in the lobby, and not been asked to pull forward to wait for 20+ mins. They are incapable of having basic items like chicken strips or a regualr burger meal available at dinner time without a 20+ minute wait. The staff is so far behind they run out of parking spots AND pull forward spots. If there are 2 cars in the drive thru, you should not be asking us to pull forward to save your window times. You should have your kitchen catch up. Tl:dr Do not use the drive through. You will be waiting as long as a sit down restaurant. The manager that runs evenings is inefficient to the point of ridiculousness.

  Presentation is everything. There are 6 employees talking outside in the parking lot upon arrival. Another 6 in the office. Half the tables are dirty. It takes 5 minutes to find someone among the 12 people working to take my order. Both of the root beers in the fountain machine are out. I notify staff. They say, yeah I don’t know they haven’t been working all day. I suggest they need to be changed. They ignore me. I think the oldest person working on shift is about 20, and the unprofessionalism in that age group shows.
