  I have sat in the drive thru from the time I placed my order in the back of the line at 6:40pm and it is now almost 7:30. I am sitting at the window waiting on my food that I paid for. The manager who answered my phone said it’s in the red it’s only been there for 15 mins. I will never come to this location. This is ridiculous

  I’m not sure what the disconnect is when you have 8 people working. Sat for 45 minutes and they still hadn’t started my order. At that point I could’ve gone and made the food myself and been more pleased. Absolutely terrible service. Workers didn’t even act apologetic or concerned. Also, every person had at least 1 thing wrong with our order. Nacho fries looked like mush

  This is the worst taco bell. Expect to sit in the drive through for at MINIMUM 45 minutes. Going inside is not much better, no one ever seems to know whats going on. I don't know what is wrong with this place but it has god awful service. Driving farther to visit the Pace location is a million time better than going here. Corporate please fix this place or get rid of it so we can have something better

  This place has some serious issues. Food completely cooked to order in a drive- thru is faster than this place. Management or owner please read your reviews. You can drive to a Pensacola Taco Bell and back and get your food faster than coming to this one!

  when i first moved to the area about 5 years ago from fort walton beach i was able to go up get food super fast. now simple orders take HOURS! to gear not kidding even tonight my gf went to the drive through took 30 minutes just to get close to the order screen and before she was stuck said forget it cause it would have been another 30 minutes to get her food. I go to the one in pace i order my food they take my money and im out the drive through in less that 5 minutes even if they have a line. this is not the first time i have sent at least 3 to 5 complaints to their corporate trying to get contact back and nothing. customer services at this location is at negative levels.
