  I went through drive through they parked me and i spent 40 minutes waiting on a single burger no fries or anything ridiculous 😒

  I’m really disappointed with the experience we had. When we got home and opened our food, it was clearly undercooked/raw, which is both unappetizing and concerning from a food safety standpoint. This should never happen at a place that serves as many people as this location does. What made the situation more frustrating was how it was handled. When we returned to the store, we simply wanted to speak with the manager, Hannah, to let her know what happened so she could address it with the kitchen staff. We were not asking for a refund or replacement—just a quick, respectful conversation to make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else. Unfortunately, she did not want to come out and speak with us at all. That lack of accountability and communication made the situation worse than the initial mistake. Issues can happen anywhere, but how they are handled matters, and in this case, it felt dismissive. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and that more attention is given to food

  The definition of NOT fast food. Been sitting in the drive thru over 30 minutes. They let one or 2 cars though and then stop taking orders or doing anything. Maybe they are understaffed but they could at least communicate to the customers waiting. I had already paid in the app so wasn’t going to drive off and lose my money. This McDonald’s is consistently the worst in the entire area. When I finally got to the ordering place they wouldn’t even give me my food because it was 2 minutes after breakfast time. The lady was extremely rude.

  Service is absolutely horrible there when picking up orders, never get any help and when you do they are the Rudest. Everytime I do an order there I have issues waiting for 30 mins to get a person to come to the counter then to be insulted and disrespected by the manger and having food thrown at me. Been told my deliveries are not important and told no many times when asking for condiments that were requested by the customer that has already paid for it! Watched them take food out of orders that they claimed were ready and given to other orders. Which effects us drivers because if its ready it should be ready! I dont need the attuides or rude remarks that come from the manager because shes not happy with her job especially at 630 in the damn morning. If zero stars was an option itll be a negative star for sure.

  This McDonald’s is literally right next to my son’s ABA therapy and every time we’re leaving, he says I want to go to McDonald’s so we go to the one right next-door and they’re really nice really fast service and so far I haven’t had any missing items from any of my orders💕
