  This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. If there was another place to go in that area, I would gladly pay a higher price to avoid going here. Every time I end up having to stop there either the food, the service, or both are just crap.

  Sat at the the drive-thru for 30 minutes they forgot my order I circled it on the receipt and then the manager proceeded to cuss out the whole team in front of me and then didn't even give me any ketchup then acted like a big deal when I asked for it and only gave me three for a Big Mac meal that you can see the price on it how much it is

  20+ minutes wait time. Just order at the drive-through window and don’t use mobile app. You can’t cancel the order after it’s placed. At least you can leave the drive-through line after 20 minutes if you haven’t paid already.

  Understaffed and poorly run. Employees were nice enough, but couldn’t keep up and got our order wrong. One thing to note: if you are trying to exit during morning traffic, the continual stream of southbound traffic headed towards the interstate makes it almost impossible to get out.

  Was ignored at the drive thru so I went inside and was then ignored so I tried to cancel and was told on the app it was too late so I decided to wait and then was told it was canceled when it wouldn’t let me cancel and was offered absolutely no help. This location has ignored me before in the drive thru and honestly is never any help to their customers
