The exploitive practices in question: showing up to claim my weekly free burger (as part of the promotion) with a signed receipt from another manager who had rectified/corrected a prior issue regarding false advertisement of their said promotion. I believe the manager who initially helped me & provided a signature on my receipt was named Amanda & she was super chill/rational throughout our interaction. Can't say the same for the general manager I unfortunately had the displeasure of speaking with. She attempted to limit/restrict my choice of purchasing "any" burger (as is expressed via the lettering of the promo coupon) down to just 2 options: • one being a chicken sandwich • the other a Dave's singles Now I extensively read the lettering of said promotion to ensure I could buy a baconator free of hassle each time & nowhere in it did it ever initiate that your "free burger" (as mentioned) would be limited to a chicken sandwich or Dave's singles. In fact it states that ANY burger of your choosing is eligible as an option of the promotion, making no mention of exclusions. Upon pointing this out & showing my receipt with the signature of the other manager who verified the integrity of said words expressed in the promo coupon, the Gm ended up taking my receipt & banning me from participating in the promotion any further. Which I find quite alright, as this experience urged me to warn my peers of avidly avoiding this establishments shady practices. Leading me to discover the sheer infamy this location has garnered over the years.
