Everyone else in the lobby just looks around confused because they've been there for over 30 minutes. Your 'managers' are always sitting down and the kids in the back just do not carem they're laughing goofy around and they simply just dont care. I csn not wait till they create buttons for pick up denied. I would never order from here. Just a terrible location.

I've been delivering food from the food delivery gigs and have repeatedly spent 40 minutes waiting on an order to be prepared. The one night one of the staff members started shouting at the delivery drivers for being in the lobby 5 min after it closed, stating we shouldn't be entering at that hour. I had been waiting atleast 35 minutes for my order at the time. I was already frustrated before she started yelling at us.
