The Manager Alexia sent a gentleman out and said it was ok to server cold food. When confronting her she stated that's not what she said. Now this young man working his behind off and the manager wanted to put the blame on him. Crappy leadership. And Horrible of her to do this.

I ordered my food which consisted of a footlong coney, a grilled cheese, two pretzels with cheese sauce, and an oreo cheesecake shake. What I received was all except my cheese sauce WHICH I PAID FOR!!!!!! I also received a burnt grilled cheese, I'm sorry how did this happen? Well lets see shall we. The employees did not seem to want to be there at all. Tell me how I received a melted shake. I like to hyper fixate on certain foods and all I wanted was my pretzels and cheese that's it so now at 1 am I type this out to you. Why because my brain just works like that. That's what happens when you hyper fixate. THANKS.

I went to go get ice cream first of all, they didn’t even display our order on the screen they put it on a different screen second of all the ice cream tasted like a little bit of ice cream and the rest was cool whip didn’t even mix it

Super slow. Only go if you have plenty of wait time and aren’t hungry at that moment.. for fast food I think 40 minutes is a little excessive… especially when ordered and paid for ahead of time. I watched cars come order and leave before my order was brought out.

Previous experience at this location has been great even though the location was very short staffed. That said, I will never go back. Pulled in to a parking spot , waited 5 minutes for the intercom to be answered. Decided to go through the drive through as I was on my way to an appointment. In the Drive-Thru I asked a question about a $6 special which was on the menu. My question was answered and I ordered. Out of habit when I made my order I looked at the time. The person taking my order didn't appear to be able to understand what I wanted and I repeated the order more than once. She did NOT read the order back to me as Sonic employees are trained to do. She did however give me a total which did not add up to what I ordered. At the window, I immediately informed the cashier that the total was wrong. I was then informed that I had not been charged for the $6 specials I had ordered but the regular priced combos. After waiting in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes, we got our food . It was cold (all of it) even though the order had been remade. To top it off, my grandsons kids meal lacked the barbecue sauce for his chicken strips. He's autistic, so you can imagine the meltdown which ensued. There were no less than 5 employees present, little business in the half hour we were there. Absolutely inexcusable.
