  The whole reason I went to McDonald's was for a 2 cheeseburger meal....EXACTLY HOW IT COMES, which it has pickles ,dehydrated onions ketchup mustard, and cheese....but they didnt put the dehydrated onions on it and in my opinion that is what makes that cheeseburger taste great....and it was very sloppily made French fries were Luke warm... but guess what they were holding on fries.And we still got cold fries

  As a washer I always tell customers to NEVER order from here. I came in and waited. Not a single person waiting. Just walked by me and continued to all have conversations without asking what I needed. so I finally spoke up and they quite literally talked over me. I stepped behind saying excuse me could someone help me - was asked to please move back. Acknowledge your customers and people won't have to scream to be helped. I will forever tell everyone to move their apps somewhere else. The last time we came here your workers were in the parking lot blaring music tweaking in the parking lot. as we left you had 2 employees screaming at each other. This place is a trap house. Please review your cameras to see what you've hired here. This place is a disaster.

  If I could give a negative review I would. I spent nearly 20$ and just got my food, sat down to eat, and told I have to leave, so why even put it on a try why even allow me to sit down. So I get up and drop the food on the floor when I stood up, was told I could not get a refund because it's not their fault I dropped the food but it's definitely their fault I even sat down knowing they were closing the lobby, could have gave me 10min to eat, nope, so I ended up not being able to eat and they made a free 20$ food was left on the counter because they wanted to argue and told me oh well put it in a bag. Well everyone knows McDonald's food takes 60 seconds to get cold. So I'm good, I'll never come to this location again and suggest no one else to either very rude staff, excluding 2 people. Very unprofessional

  We arrived and parked in a curbside spot at 8:34 PM after placing our order through the app. Everything looked good at first — the app even said our food was “on the way” about 30 minutes ago. But as of 9:11 PM, we were still sitting here with no food, no updates, and no communication from the restaurant. We called twice trying to figure out what was going on. The first time, the employee didn’t even ask for our name, order number, or parking spot — just said they were “really backed up” and couldn’t find the order in the system. The second time we called, we were told they had just received the order, which made no sense because it had been placed almost 40 minutes earlier. The entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. If the app isn’t working correctly or the staff are overwhelmed, there should at least be some honesty or communication so customers aren’t left waiting this long with zero updates. Definitely not the level of service I expected, and it makes me hesitant to come back or use curbside again. As you can see in the pictures posted, the order was made at 8:34 and the picture was taken at 9:18pm. We didn't get anything until 9:22pm. In the picture below, you can see the employee sweeping instead of helping get food out.

  I don't know how it is possible to consistently be this terrible and still be in business. The management should be fired and the DM(or corporate) should be ashamed to have let this level of failure continue. Tonight I made a mobile order and when I pulled up there were 2 cars at the window waiting. I got no acknowledgement at the order area so I pulled to the window and an employee eventually opened it to say "What are you sitting here for" and one I gave him my order number he said "Nah we're closed for the night". Mind you it says on their app, on Google, and all over the physical location that they are 24 hours. This has happened at least 4 times and I know I shouldn't have given them this many chances but I thought "No way I could show up to utter failure this many times in a row". The couple times I actually got my food it was so wildly incorrect that it is clear the employees do not even try and the management does not care.
