- TSTamela SchultzApr 21, 20263.0We do online order always and pick up from store. We like pineapple on our pizza, which we have ordered before, and it’s always been cooked with the pizza. This time, when we got home we could tell the pineapple was throw on after the pizza was out of the oven. Not cooked at all. So I called to let them know. I was polite, and she asked if we wanted a replacement pizza. I said no, I’m not going back to pick up again. I just wanted to ask if their cooking process changed and she said no, that it should have been cooked. So I asked her to please inform whoever needed to know. Her response to my call sounded like she wasn’t even interested in correcting anything. Very disappointing. In the photo I had already added Parmesan to the pizza.

The other pizza was missing half the toppings. I called and a girl answered, when I explained what had happened she was silent for about 30 seconds until I kept saying hello. Finally I get a response. Let me get my manager. When he comes on you can hardly understand him but immediately says my name...... they know they screwed us. He sounded high and hear employees in the back loud and high as well. He tried to say the toppings must of shifted. I told him do you think I'm stupid. He said ok we will send you a new one. Ummmmm no thanks. It looked as someone dropped it on the floor and said hey it's ok, deliver it. Horrible dominoes, never again.
