  I came on 4/6/ 26 @ 11:14 am. The general manager spoke to me in a very rude manner..when I ask why is my order taking so long... She kept trying to argue with me and all I wanted was my food. After all the waiting, my french fries was so cold...i had to throw it away because they were so nasty...The general manager has no customer skills.I don't understand how she get that position.

  They are the SLOWEST, least accurate McDonald's I have ever been to. Not only does the drive-thru take a good 10 mins when there is no one around; but curbside takes no less than 30mins and the workers act like you are an inconvenience. I have always been shorted food and they refuse to make it right. I will go out of my way to get better service.

  Honestly the breakfast service has gotten a lot better and they are always so nice. I only wish they asked for the ronald mcdonald donation more because i always forget if they dont.

  The male manager was extremely unprofessional at the window. I ordered a mobile order for drive thru. I went to the drive thrue wi dow to pick it up. He I gnored opening the window. I then knocked on the window and he opened with an attitude and said yeah! I said I have a mobile order he said u have to go all the way back around to the order screen and said give them the number. I said are u serious??? I said no I'll just take my refund. He said well do that then. I said u r rude. I went to drive off and he yelled out the window byeeeeeeeeeeee. I will never give my money to this McDonald's ever again. Sooooo unprofessional and alwYs slow. This man should not work there. He is always rude and I have heard how he talks to staff. Rude a d entitled
