  I’m honestly not a fan but I do it for the kids . They love it. They eat every bite of it. Me on the other hand don’t enjoy it very much. I’ve tried.lol service was good like I said I think the kids are happy. I’m happy.

  It was super quick to get what I ordered, however, the food was cold. Nothing goes down worse than a cold French fry.

  Oh my I got the new arch burger meal. It does taste good, but I couldn't eat it, after taking a few bites I noticed my patties was cold. I took a good look at my hamburger and it was raw it wasn't cook correctly. I pray I don't get sick, I didn't check my hamburger after I ate and swallowed a few bites 😳

  Placed an in app order, arrived to get it and they couldn’t find the food. Also placed an additional order in the drive thru for someone else. One employee said it might have been given to the car ahead of us because part of their order was on the counter and they had already left. So waited another additional 25 minutes for them to remake it. They asked us to pull up to the front and someone would bring it out to us. An additional 20 minutes goes by and we walk into the store and the food is sitting on the counter and was now cold. Spoke to an employee, and she wasn’t aware that it was to be brought out to us. She was kind enough to remake the fries since they were now cold. Upon checking the bags, items were missing so we had to speak to the manager to show here all the food wasn’t there, thankfully we still hadn’t left the store. So now 45 minutes have passed and the order placed in the drive thru window still wasn’t complete. It was an absolute mess!

  They always get the order wrong and put way too many condiments on the burgers. The lady manager at the window in the purple jacket was very rude at the window when asking to use my reward points and would not allow me. The food is awful for you and the customer service is awful as well.
