- CCcarlos6 days ago1.0I went through the drive-thru and ordered a simple Dave’s Single cheeseburger. The employee listed as Host 3156 on my receipt asked me to pull into the parking lot and said they would bring my order out to me. After waiting 20 minutes while multiple cars were served and left, I went inside to check on my order. I was met with a confused look, as if no one knew who I was. The cashier, again listed as Host 3156, rudely asked what I wanted. Eventually, another employee prepared my order. Unfortunately, the cheeseburger and fries were cold by the time I received them. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

You could tell they were more worried about closing the dining room down then taking someone's orders. Instead of taking our order the guy asks for someone to come take our order so he can mop. Also we were ordering to go, we only went in because we were in multiple vehicles so it wasn't like we were going to hold them up by dining in.
