  Cait was our hostess and on site manager and we were shocked at how hospitable, kind, efficient and friendly she was. In a world where hospitality is far diminished from what it used to be, it was a pleasure to be greeted and treated with such care and obvious joy in taking care of people. Our meal was fresh, well presented and put together, carefully packaged with a reminder to hold the bottom of the bag and it was delicious! Caitlin smiled on our way out and said she see us next time! She absolutely will, she's a gem!

  I walked in the Subway thinking, one employee, she is swamped, be patient and tip well. I politely waited almost 10 minutes for this greasy-headed Gen-z-er to finish with a large order. I was utterly polite waiting, she was the only one working, as is typical for Subway, as they all seem to be mismanaged. When she was done with the Karen ahead of me, I told her my order is going to be quick and easy and proceeded to tell her what kind of sandwich I needed. But then... I made the cardinal mistake of asking for fresh bread which was a mere 6 feet away from the dry stuff that was "made this morning." Mind you, this is an hour and a half before closing, and there was no chance that the new bread would get used before the close of business. Either way, it DOES NOT MATTER what the customer wants; they had it right there for the using, but she insisted that she could not use the newer bread. It seems that some magical forcefield surrounds the fresh bread and neither customers nor subway employees are allowed to breach it. I stood there waiting for a reasonable solution to my issue, which from previous experience with Subways, was unlikely to happen. After being in the graveyard of customer service for 20 minutes, she refused to make the one damn sandwich I went out of my way to get and waited to get for my daughter. "I'm just gonna refuse you service." Yes, that is the point at which my tone changed, I really appreciate Subway wasting my time. I hope she truly enjoys her career as a sandwich artist. I have to say, I've never had Firehouse be so cruddy. Goodbye Subway, you just went from the sandwich shop of VERY LAST resort to forget it; I will starve before I drop a dime in your direction. I cannot wait for you to go the way of the dinosaur!

  Order was right and was food food, but workers were shady acting. Would have gave a better review but customer service is important
