Lettuce was missing from sandwich. Other sandwiches ordered in past wrong as well, but like to give multiple chances. App doesnt offer any place to specify certain things (like heat up bacon). Also bag not sealed by Subway at all. Definitely will order elsewhere going forward.

When I noticed my food said it was delivered and I saw someone pull in my driveway then back out 15 mins after the original delivery time (which was 6:14, and 6:29 my camera caught this) the app said it was delivered at 6:29. I called the store and spoke with Becca, who said that door dash had called and said that I rejected my order. I told her about me seeing the car that was supposed to deliver my food. She offered to remake my order for me to pick up. As soon as I walked in the door, she greeted me and handed my order to me. She was very polite, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. The sandwiches looked amazing, and had everything on it the way I asked for it. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The store was very clean, and I truly appreciated the hospitality shown by Becca. I've ordered from this store a few times and the food has always been fresh, and my order was correct.
