  I decided to order Papa John's for the first time in years and first time at this store in Middleburg. Service was great...lady was very friendly and order was done on time for carryout. However, the pizza was awful! Way too much sauce and barely any cheese to hold it together. I paid for extra mushrooms on my half and barely had any mushrooms at all. Needless to say, I won't be ordering again anytime soon.

  I went there to pickup an order for a customer, I made the mistake of asking if they had a bathroom, that I really needed to go. The girl behind the counter quickly said NO we don't have a bathroom. Well the bathroom is right out in the front lobby . I pointed at the bathroom. Long story short she asked me if I had heard of tweakers , that it's Middleburg and that's why customers nor Door dashers can use the restroom. I made the statement how can they get away with that? She stated, My owner is rich and he doesn't care. Law's are different for different areas. There's no reason to be rude to anyone.If there is issues with letting everyone use the restroom keep it locked and only let customer's use it . .

  I don’t know if the owner has fallen on hard times but 6 pepperonis on a pizza might have something to do with their 3.7 rating.
