We initially thought we would eat in but the building was freezing!!!! We waited over 15minutes even though there were only a few people there. A young boy came in and he didn't get waited on until we were leaving. Horrible experience!

Y’all need to do a deep clean of your facility. When you are at the drive thru window it stinks! 😷 🤢 There is a putrid, unclean smell coming from inside your facility. The smell has been there for weeks! You probably need to use a really good degreaser. As the millennials would say, it smells like a can of bounce that azzz. Put the order in, paid and headed to the restaurant. The drive thru person said "Unfortunately it's 10:33, you missed breakfast by 3 minutes." I let her know it was paid for and ordered at minimum 10 minutes ago and she assured me we would be issued a refund. I'll absolutely be making sure that goes through. Why can I order and pay for my breakfast 10 to 15 minutes before you stop serving it but cant pick up the food 3 minutes after? Yet the people in the drive thru can order it right up until you stop serving it? What's the point of using the app? If your app wasn't giving me issues in the first place I would've been there with time to spare. Whatever, I went across the street to Ellianos. Excellent service there as always. Highly recommended. It was my fault for craving a McGriddle. Again, Ellianos. Go there instead.
