Even after they added the new tip system after paying with card. Today I went and the total I was told compared to the charge on my account was different. They had added a tip after I tapped my card and when I confronted them I was told I must have accidentally added the tip but I was not given the chance to leave a tip as the staff pulled the pinned from me directly after I tapped my card. This new staff is sketchy and I will be reporting it to whoever I need to report it to!

When we asked the cashier what was taking so long she stated “multiple drinks take awhile” we ordered TWO drinks. The entire time we were there, the two employees were verbally arguing with one another, throwing up their hands, etc. My order wasn’t taking so long because I had multiple orders, it was because the guy making the drinks was too worried about arguing with the other chick. Picture is dude arguing that was supposed to be making my drinks.

The drive thru is always jam packed because they can never seem to get the orders right or out efficiently. When you call to speak to a manager they put you on hold forever to be funny. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Dunkin. You put them out of business by not patronizing the establishment. I’ll be placing a complaint directly with their corporate office. If you consider yourself g h e t t o, you’ll fit right in. If you value very simple customer service, don’t go here.
