  At first we loved it, and it would be wonderful if they could actually get drinks correct, and actually remake it if they mess up and not just dump the same thing in a new cup. Oh and if they would stop waving me to pull up while STANDING IN FRONT OF THE CAR 😂 just so they can skip me. Whoever runs this place needs to hire based off of skill and not looks 🤦‍♀️

  Just wanted a cup of coffee, was given an Americana, not the same. Jean was very nice taking order and making small talk but he had trouble hearing me due to the loudness of the horrible music. He said it was the "vibe" they were trying to create. It's a bad vibe; I had to repeat myself 6 times for information to complete the order, again, due to the loudness of the trash music.

  Usually this is our go to place. But today the gentleman that was at the kiosk was more interested in talking then knowing what the order was. Once he finally listened it was like talking to a wall.. blank... and dull... after the order came out it was completely wrong he took the drinks back and didn’t remake the drinks and just dumped them into another cup slathered on some whip cream and a chocolate drizzle.... Carmel all in the cup still... if there is anything wrong with an order you remake the order not cut corners.... its like the people that they are hiring are inconvenienced to do the job correctly...

  ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 🤩🤩 WOW 👏🎂💜✨💚🎂🎂Went for my Birthday 🎊🎂, got a 🆓 Cinnamon Roll Hot Coffee ☕ Tasted Dessert DELICIOUS YUM YUM GET U SUM!!!! Amelia was our BIGGEST helper...she was patient "XL menu" kind, funny and Super knowledgeable and sweet 🧁 by the way don't forget to tip your favorite drive-thru waitress and they split with the barista who killed it our drinks over the top of amazing never going back to another coffee house this is definitely my new addiction WTG 7 BREW COFFEE ☕

  I went yesterday to try seven Brew!. I got there at about 5:55 and I departed around 15 minutes later. The young ladies that were out there taking my order were very nice and kind. They made great recommendations and we're very attentive. However, when I went to pick up my coffee there was only one person making coffee causing everyone to be delayed. It was said that the manager was in the back doing paperwork instead of attending to people that were on their way to work. I enjoyed my order. It was over $8 for a large Blondie with toasted marshmallow cream but I really wish that the customer service had been there. This caused me to be late for work because of the time it was taking to get my order. I will give it another try. Just to make sure this was a fluke I would recommend you try the coffee cuz it was good. But please work on your customer service. Please remember when we stop most of us are on our way to work.
