  Haven't even eaten the food yet and I'm already disappointed.Whoever is on headset right now just wants to make people's day bad, because tell me why at 7:45 in the morning, you're yelling at me and telling me to hurry up. In the drive through . I ask her to repeat one thing , and she yelled at me in the microphone and then when I was having troubles making a second order, because I was getting something for my friend she had told me to hurry up and that I was not able to take a few minutes. Y'all didn't have what I wanted and I would have been fine with it if she had not interrupted me as I went to say it saying u don't have it, she did that to me twice.And didn't even let me finish my sentence. I'm not one to complain.I've worked in food service for many years.I get it, it sucks , but if you're starting your day out like this this early in the morning , you need to find a new job. You don't even need to put a smile on your face. Just sound nice. You're talking through a headset, not performing a show you don't need to yell at me because I'm confused. Or because I want something that you guys don't have, how was I supposed to know?? Utterly ridiculous for some frozen donuts.

  Ive been going to this dunkin for years. Never had any issues with staff or being charged for something I didn't purchase. Even after they added the new tip system after paying with card. Today I went and the total I was told compared to the charge on my account was different. They had added a tip after I tapped my card and when I confronted them I was told I must have accidentally added the tip but I was not given the chance to leave a tip as the staff pulled the pinned from me directly after I tapped my card. This new staff is sketchy and I will be reporting it to whoever I need to report it to!
