  have placed mobile orders multiple times at this restaurant and on multiple occasions they have forgotten whole meals and do nothing to try and help fix the problems. the website doesn’t help, and this specific chic fila doesn’t answer the phone either

  Chic-fil-a cups no logo, they have no root beer all chics I’ve been to had rootbeer! Bathroom smelled funky as hell and it took forever for one of my boys to get food by far worst chic-fil-a I’ve ever ate at ❗️

  This place has really gone down hill. So inconsistent. Food taste different every time I’m there now which is quite a bit. Overcooked chicken nuggets and soggy nasty fries. Don’t know if they are under new management or what but it didn’t used to be this way. Been eating here regularly since they opened.

  I'm always excited to share my wife's and myself experience at a restaurant. However, my review is limited due to the fact we used the drive through for breakfast. I must admit I was skeptical! My wife encouraged me to try their breakfast for the first time. It goes without mention that the staff, chefs, and owners are extremely experienced and very well trained. Our meals were prepared to perfection, at the correct temperature, and completely satisfying. The menu is well balanced, within budget, and not confusing. Additionally, customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Altogether bravo! Job well done.

  Three strikes- 1. Around the holidays, got dinner and one of the peppermint milkshakes, asked for no whip cream. When I was handed it whip cream and loose lid. As always a line where they try to shove you out. plus the girl was too busy asking for people to take her shift so she doesn’t get in trouble. Fast forward to the milkshake melting and staining my seat. Reached out got a “sorry about your seat” and free milkshake when you come back. 2. Decided to go back recently, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Wrong items on it. Got a “sorry, we let the staff know, come back for a replacement meal.” 3. Brings me to this last visit after the manager said the meal would be replaced. I go through the window, placed my order. Along with a salad for lunch for the next day. As I handed my kid the card, he rang me up for the replacement meal. I was then told at the window it will be refunded in a few business days. Get home, sandwich looked awful. Missing veggies, cold and soggy fries. But wait there is more- a dark piece of hair on the foil under the grease. I have blond hair that is pulled back. Got a “sorry, we let the staff know.” Then nothing after that.
