We have always loved the food and service at this location but twice in the past 30 days the website has taken the $50+ for my order and the store tells me they never got it. I realize that this is not the stores fault, however when the employees at the store simply shrug and say "not our problem" and can't direct you on whom you can speak to about the problem since I have to wait at least 2 business days for the bank to clear the "processing" charge from my account, it is frustrating and disheartening and to be honest bad customer service. I don't think we will be using this location any longer. I would rather make the trek into Palm Bay or Vero Beach, which is sad because this one is a short drive away.
