I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. I placed an order totaling about $45, which included multiple Biggie Bags with different burgers customized in different ways. When my order was handed to me, everything was placed into six separate bags, but none of the bags were labeled or marked in any way. Since the burgers themselves were not clearly identifiable, I had no choice but to open each bag and go through the food item by item just to figure out which meal belonged to each person.
I remained at the window to double-check that everything in my order was correct, especially since there were multiple customizations involved. Instead of understanding my situation, the employee became impatient and told me I needed to move because there were other cars behind me. The way this was communicated came across as very rude and dismissive. As a paying customer, I simply wanted to ensure that my order was accurate before leaving, which is reasonable especially for a large order.
To make matters worse, after checking, I realized that my order was not even completely correct. This made the entire situation even more frustrating, as I felt rushed and disrespected while also dealing with inaccuracies in the food I paid for.
Overall, the customer service at this location was very poor. The lack of organization with the order, combined with the employee’s attitude, made for a stressful and unpleasant experience. I would strongly suggest improving order labeling and training staff to handle situations like this with more patience and professionalism.
