  Absolute hands down the worst Wendy’s around. Staff is so lazy and sometimes you gotta ask yourself if they mess everything up on purpose. Order a burger the buns upside down, order spicy nuggets and your chicken is either burnt to a crisp or they sneak in a bunch of non spicy nuggets thinking you won’t notice. This is consistent like if staff is trying to ruin the Wendy’s.

  Terrible Customer service every single night. No hello, no repeating the order, barely acknowledge the Customer and just giving attitude for no reason. Managers and Crewmembers are all rude.

  Got a meal with fries, they asked me to pay 50 cents for just 1 initial sauce packet. I can’t at least get 1 sauce with my order? This place has gone downhill

  I definitely won't be coming back here. These people really don't know how to listen while taking a drive-through order. Either that or they don't speak English well but then that means you should hire someone who does. I asked for no onions on two of my sandwiches and they go ahead and still put onions then I try ordering the cheesy cheddar burger which is part of the menu so I don't understand why they don't know that not even the manager so then I had to explain to them what it is and it's such a simple explanation but they still didn't get it and when they finally did they gave me a Dave's single with cheese sauce so basically that was correct but it was supposed to be the small hamburger not a Dave's and I was charged more for it and I should have known when I saw the price was a little high but didn't make much of it because I spent already more than 10 minutes at the drive-thru and just wanted to leave but unfortunately by the time I left the area and checked my food I found out they gave me the big sandwich. Basically I was charged more for nothing and all because they don't understand what a Cheesy cheddar burger is. These people need way better training but I'm actually only saying this so that nobody else experiences this cause I for one, will never be going back there again so I'm good.
