  This place was the worst of my Miami trip....I placed a mobile order via drive thru.... they considered themselves short staffed but had 6 people working inside??? Really??.... clearly no one knew what they were doing...1. my order was n ver checked in so I was ask to wait in pickup spot after waiting 20min at the window...after sitting 45 min and watching other cars asked to wait as well pull off with their food I'm beyond irritated at this point coming from the beach I just want a hot sandwich....I walked inside there were 5 other customers just standing there waiting... and the employees just running around like chickens with heads cut off ...the one person making sandwiches moving very slow and not communicating with the manager what she is making and not placing in order of the requests so she's mixing everyone order up ...when they gave me mine I didn't have to open it because I watched her grab and bag I said this is mine I have a spicy chicken sandwich and an asiago add onion and add American cheese. The manager keeps asking her to make an asiago sandwich (mine 3x)...she finally starts to make it ..."me: please make my sandwich correctly I have waited 1.5hrs for this sandwich and I paid for the extras put it on"....as I watch her she starts to make the sandwich wrong I stop her and instruct her on what goes on my sandwich next ..by this time manager is tired of the whole kitchen and just wants people gone....I'm 2ft from making my own sandwich....wish I had my phone to record this Wendy's.... ridiculous....don't send me any credits unless I can use them at my own hometown Wendy's cause you'll never have to worry about me again ... I'll pack my snacks for quick bite.

  The young lady in drive thru is very rude. Please put her in the back somewhere. What happen to" hi,welcome to Wend's?" All you get now isa dry... Wend's. They dont speak when you come in.
