  I stopped by Wendy's and had a solid experience. The place was clean and well-kept, and my order came out quickly. I went with one of their classic burgers and fries, and everything tasted fresh, hot, and satisfying. The staff were polite and efficient, keeping things moving even during a busy time. It’s a reliable spot when you want something quick and familiar, and I’d stop by again when I’m in the area.

  I called Wendy's and the way they answered was unbelievable they answered and said what do u want ma'am I said are y'all giving out free frosty they said yes yes yes we are then I was gonna say till what time and they hung up and I was calling again to ask and they said ma'am stop calling that's not how they supposed to answer

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The service was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. I felt rushed the entire time at the drive-thru, like they were more focused on getting me out of line than actually helping me. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given a proper receipt, which is basic customer service. It’s frustrating when simple things aren’t handled correctly. Customer service and attention to detail clearly need improvement here. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

  Terrible service provided by the manager, not being client oriented. There was no receipt issued in two transactions. The attitude of employees has a great margin for improvement.

  Marie is suppose to be a manager I’ve came to this Wendy’s about 3 time because is close to my home & she so rude and disgusting everytime I come she always takes the order with an attitude if you ask her a question she gets upset. She also treats her employees so bad theres lady with glasses that was trying to help us so we get the best service & Marie was literally cursing her out in front of clients and telling her to go outside to fight this is so unprofessional & she deserves to get fired you guys shouldn’t have miserable people working
