  The most rude workers I’ve ever seen. They were so stressed and taking it out on the customers. They spent more time telling me how to speak to the AI machine than they would have spent on me if they just gave me the food. Bad attitude. Never going again.

  That a.i. not to order is not it. Don't like it. Takes longer with issues understanding clear instructions.

  Honestly you cant expect much from fast food places but Wendy's just hit a new low across the board. This Wendy's not only messed up my drink, but after I told them the manager gave me some excuse about how its the same thing. For clarification, I ordered a caramel cold brew. I told the lady this wasn't my drink but she swore it was. When I took a sip, it was a vanilla frosty drenched in caramel with coffee poured over the top. Truly a disaster. I went back and told her that my drink doesn't have frosty in it and she looked at me like im an idiot who doesn't work there. Then I showed her a picture and she said thats not what I ordered. I checked and as I always order this drink, I knew that I ordered correctly...which i did. She went to fix it, but not before grabbing the rudest manager this world has seen to give me the drink. I would have left and just said goodbye but she decided to give me attitude and say that its basically the same thing and I made a big deal over nothing. At 10am I am not in the mood for whatever concoction that server made. I want what I ordered. I wouldn't be so upset but this is the 3rd time this Wendy's has done whatever they want and made me get out of my car instead of doing a good job at the drive thru. Other Wendy's do a way better job and I will definitely be going to those. Especially since the other ones are actually hospitable. Also, the caramel cold brews and the food overall is not only done better at other Wendy's but I dont have ti worry that someone spit in my drink because they got nasty with me after they are the ones who made the mistake. **Update** I came back 2 maybe 3 weeks later in hopes that the first time was a bad experience. Nope, this second time was even worse. I went to the same Wendy's and got the same nasty attitude manager, same caramel coffee with cream (obviously they didnt put cream but at least they didnt out frosty ice cream), and same terribly quality food. After going to other Wendy's. Im 100% sure ill never come back to this one. If I was corporate, I would shut this one down and leave the one on 57th and NW 7th open. They actually do stuff right, reluctantly but correctly.

  El servicio Por la ventanilla por la noche es pésimo. Sólo te permiten hablar con la pantalla y no te da ni siquiera la opción en español.

  This place is terrible. When you buy a 50-piece family chicken nugget, there are always 5 or 6 pieces missing. Today I bought several things and they only gave me half. I don't know if they have a business selling what they steal or if they take it home because they're hungry. Be very careful, AVOID THIS STORE.
