  I want to formally share a very disappointing experience at Wendy’s at the airport during my visit last night (March 31, 2026). I placed an order with clear instructions for my sandwich, and when I received it incorrectly, I approached the staff respectfully to request a solution. Unfortunately, they showed no willingness to listen or resolve the issue. I then asked to speak with a manager and had to wait over 20 minutes, which is already unacceptable in a place like this. What was even more concerning is that the person who finally came out introduced himself as the general manager of the store, and his attitude was completely inappropriate. Instead of demonstrating leadership or a customer-focused approach, his behavior was indifferent, disrespectful, and lacking basic professional ethics. It is honestly concerning that someone in that position represents the service of this location in such a way. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have always been a regular customer at this location whenever I travel, precisely because the service used to be good. However, this experience completely breaks that standard. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I believe it’s necessary when the issue is not just a mistake, but how it is handled. I sincerely hope this is addressed, because a manager should set the example… not the opposite.

  Good service at this Wendy's but the owner doesn't allow for soda refills, especially an issue when they fill it with ice. I'll pass next time.
