  Omg, this stuff is delicious! Absolutely AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Doing some grocery shopping and stopped by with my kids afterwards, I didn’t know what to order and the lovely young lady Neyce suggested a type of mango smoothie, and IT WAS THE BEST THING THATS HAPPENED TO MY PALATE IN LONG TIME. lol. It was deliciously amazing. The worker so was nice and patient with me and my kids, we’re all first timers and didn’t know what to order. Great experience, total 10/10.

  Was really excited to have this new Tropical Smoothie Cafe close by, but the Sunrise Sunset smoothie didn’t taste like other locations. Evelyn/Gian were kind enough to remake it, which I appreciated, but it still wasn’t right. Food was good, but the cashier (did get her name) lacked customer service experience. Hoping it improves soon!

  Tonight around 9 PM, I went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe with my family in terrible weather, including my nephews and nieces, and the experience was honestly awful. We asked for açaí bowls, and we were told they were “sold out” not of the açaí, but of the bowls. I politely suggested they could just use a different container and that we were willing to pay the full price anyway. The employee refused for no good reason and had a terrible attitude the entire time. She literally made a face and acted annoyed just because we asked. When I tried to figure out a solution, she shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t care at all. No effort to help, no explanation, nothing. We even offered to pay that night and come back another day to pick it up, and she still didn’t care. She just walked away. Completely unprofessional, rude, and disappointing especially with kids there and in such bad weather. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

  Great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The Sunset Sunrise smoothie was refreshing and perfectly balanced, and the Jerk Chicken Wrap was flavorful with a nice sweet-spicy kick. Fresh ingredients, fast service, and a solid healthy lunch option in Cutler Bay. Definitely coming back! 🌴🥤🌯

  This is the best location, imo. Everything was so good! My smoothie came out in just a few minutes..I recently waited nearly 20 minutes for a smoothie at another location You can actually tell everyone here is genuinely happy. My flatbread was made with care & not just thrown together like I’ve experienced at other locations. The music was nice too. Great vibe. Nice volume. You could have an intimate conversation & still easily hear the names being called for orders. I’m more likely to have Tropical Smoothie going forward simply because of this location, the quality of service & food preparation.
