  I normally order from here all the time and it’s good. I ordered through Uber Eats to pick up. My mistake was not trying it inside the store. It tased nasty. I got a mocha madness, why was there ginger in it. I bit down on a piece of ginger. I will never order a smoothie from here again. lol I normally don’t review but they pissed me off and Uber Eats barely refunded me. Absolutely disgusting

  Very disappointed with our experience at Tropical Smoothie Café today. My whole family went there in the rain specifically for the açaí bowl day promotion, only to be told they were “sold out” because they didn’t have bowls, not because they ran out of açaí. We asked if they could serve it in a cup or any other container, and they refused. The staff were not friendly or helpful and didn’t seem to care that we had gone out of our way in bad weather. We even asked if we could come back tomorrow to get the promotion since they couldn’t serve us today, and they said no. It’s frustrating to advertise promotions if you’re not prepared to serve customers. This was a complete waste of time for our family, and we left very disappointed.

  I have 15 minutes waiting at least a good morning, 2 employees at the place no one even achnowledge us . We went out to another place . Awful customer service .

  este local en especial tenian muy buena forma de hacer sus smoothies pero ya no, las ultimas 10 veces que he ido los smoothies saben diferente las 10 veces, unos con sabor a pura agua, otros le faltan los ingredientes, parece que se quedan sin ingredientes y le ponen los que tienen en el momento, a veces no lo baten lo suficiente y vienen con trozos de hielo y demasiado aguados etc etc, mi familia y yo estamos por desitir seguir yendo, y es obvio que es porque tienen muchachos demasiado jovenes trabajando ahi los cuales seguramente no les importa lo que hacen ni si el cliente se va contento o no. Una vez le hice ese comentario al dueno del lugar como una sugerencia para que no se le eche a perder el negocio pero parece que se le ha ido de las manos.... es una lastima

  I come almost everyday for a Mango Monsoon Smoothie. Today Carmen and Dailen surprised me by saving just for me the very last serving the store had of mango. They had not received provisions today and they saved me the very last serving knowing how important it was for me and that I come daily. WOW!!!!! Made my day. This store has the Best Service, great food quality and always very clean. These girls are awesome, all the crew is very nice too.
