Sweet Melody Ice Cream at The Citadel is home to our 16 flavors by the scoop (10 Classic, 2 Vegan & 4 Limited Edition). We also make fresh spun milkshakes, sundaes, brioche ice cream sandwiches, ice cream bars, & the best scratch-made cones in town!
Our ice cream uses only the best ingredients like fair-trade vanilla from Tahiti & chocolate from Ecuador. We don’t use any artificial colors or flavors in our ice cream and we proudly make every batch from scratch.
