  Elizabeth took my order and was very friendly and attentive. She asked if I was a rewards member and I liked that very much. Very good customer service.

  Everytime I come here to pick up an online order I have to wait an additional 30-40min past its ready time because theres only ever one employee working here at a time backed up on online orders and a line of in-store customers. This is less a review on the employee's service and more on this location's owner being so cheap and not putting at least two people per shift to prevent this frequent issue as shown from other people's reviews.

  Impresionante la lentitud y mal trato de parte de la única persona que está allí (Migdalia) ya son 3 veces que he ido y la lentitud de la señora es muy difícil, al parecer es por que ella está sola, además no me incluyo los precios del combo molestándose porque ella decía que estaba estresada, al dueño de este punto se le exige que coloque personal más calificado o en adicional otra persona, el tiempo de cada cliente es sagrado y no deben jugar con esto, a todas estas me fui a Publix para el mismo sándwich.

  The lady was so nice while i recieved my food. the food was amazing, havn’t gone to subway in so long and i definitely dont regret coming back for my lunchtime.
